These terms govern your use of the Homefynd website. Booking terms are issued separately at the point of booking and are not replaced by this page.
Homefynd Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 15482201, at One Canada Square, Level 39, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB.
This site provides information about our services and allows you to submit enquiries, provider applications and job applications. Bookings and payments are handled in our applications, not here.
We accept bookings only for addresses within our published Canary Wharf coverage area. Enquiries from outside it are recorded for expansion planning and are not a commitment to serve that address.
Providers are independent contractors, vetted and insured, engaged through our platform. We are responsible for the vetting standard we publish and for resolving service failures reported within 72 hours.
You may not attempt to disrupt this website, submit false applications, scrape content at scale, or use our brand assets without written permission.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our liability arising from this website is limited to £100.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
